Couleur très intense, presque noire. Sans aération et sans agitation, le caractère aromatique typique de LA SERGUE est bien reconnaissable : mûre, cassis noir, pivoine, vanille bourbon
Aroma
Le premier nez est intense ; il évoque le fruit noir confit, la confiture de cassis, le cacao et la prunelle. A l’aération, la palette aromatique du LA SERGUE 2015 s’enrichit de touches de Havane.

3 terroirs, 3 grape varieties from old vines. Ripe black fruit on the nose. Round, intense plum, blackberry and blackcurrant on the palate. Smooth tannins and long finish. A real winner!
