Appearance
Golden color with green highlights. The effervescence is fine and delicate.
Aroma
The nose reveals a rich bouquet of fresh fruit notes, peach, apricot and citrus, with hints of dried fruit and almond paste. The second nose opens with toasty, mineral notes.
