Second wine of Château Sociando-Mallet, La Demoiselle de Sociando-Mallet is a wine made from an exceptional terroir, worthy of a Grand Cru Classé. Designed as an introduction to the estate's style, this wine is full-bodied, greedy and very intense. La Demoiselle de Sociando-Mallet is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines used come from two types of plot, those on clay terroirs combined with plots of younger vines. On tasting, this wine is fruity and fresh. It can be drunk in its early years.
