Drink after 2 years. Alcoholic fermentation is induced by yeast in order to guarantee the best aromatic expression. It takes place in temperature-controlled cement or stainless steel vats (between 24 and 28°C). After alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation begins in vats. The wine is aged for around 8 months, partly in vats (2/3) and partly in barrels (1/3). After ageing, the wine is fined, filtered, stabilized and bottled at the château.
