Produced from an ultra-ripe Petit Manseng harvest, this balancing dry Jurançon still displays great concentration in 2012. YIELD 28 hl per hectare VINE GROWING The vines are cultivated with the utmost rigor. Everything is done by hand. Preserving nature and respecting the terroir are our priorities. HARVESTING Hand-picked in small crates at the end of November. VINIFICATION - AGEING Direct pressing. Fermentation in barrels for one wine and aged on total lees followed by stirring for 10 months.
