Low-temperature vinification of individual plots and grape varieties. Gentle extraction by pumping over. Maceration for 10 to 20 days, depending on grape variety. Aged 12 months in vats. Dark red, limpid and brilliant. Complex nose with aromas of red and black fruits (cherry, blackberry, raspberry), floral nuances (violet) and spices (pepper, vanilla). Ample and pleasant on the palate, with round tannins. Very fruity finish. A frank, generous wine. 20% cabernet franc, 80% tannat.
