Once the summer residence of the Comtes-Evêques, the Domaine de Mercuès is now a place of hospitality. The 36 hectares of vines stretch across the third terraces of the Lot Valley, on coveted Mindel soils (ancient quaternary). The fruit of rare vintages, Chenin soaks up the autumnal mists of Mercuès and takes on honey-gold hues, revealing a remarkable unctuousness. Exceptionally rich in its terroir of origin, this Chenin combines brilliance, gourmandise and opulence.
Aroma
Highly aromatic, it develops an intense, complex nose with gourmet aromas of apricot and quince.

Taste
En bouche, le fruit charnu domine, la pêche en particulier. L’attaque vive et fraîche équilibre délicatement l’onctuosité de ce chenin doux.
