Marc Benin - Domaine de RavanèsEstimated delivery between Nov 29, and Dec 3,
In organic conversion. Second vintage of IBIS ROUGE created in 2015. It's a light, no-fuss beverage, fresh and thirst-quenching, focused on a bouquet of red fruits with definite drinkability. It responds to its alter-ego the Ibis Blanc by bringing together 3 grape varieties. Emblematic and historic Languedoc grape varieties, "cursed" until recently but on the way to regaining their letters of nobility, Carignan and Aramon, complemented by Cinsault from old vines over 50 years old and with very moderate yields.
Appearance
Luminous soft red with purplish highlights.
Aroma
Au nez, un panier de fruits rouges framboise, fraise et groseilles avec des notes plus profondes de cassis et de poivre.

Taste
The attack on the palate is sapid, followed by lightness and freshness, with notes reminiscent of the nose and a few spices that make you salivate. The medium finish is soft, without aggressive tannins.
