Dark red color with ruby highlights. On the nose, notes of black fruits (blueberries, blackberries) mingle with those of crushed strawberries, leaving a greedy, complex nose. On the palate, the wine is fruity, fresh and delicate, with supple tannins and a long finish. Sustainable viticulture, manual and mechanical harvesting, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, malolactic fermentation, pre-fermentation cold maceration, ageing in new oak barrels, ageing in one-wine oak barrels, clay-gravel soils.
