Limited edition of 680 bottles After 15 months' ageing in aged barrels, this 2020 cuvée was bottled in February 2022 and released for delivery in May 2022. Year 3 and final year of the transition to organic viticulture. Total destemming, maceration and indigenous fermentation in small 500-liter tanks for 3 weeks to release all the aromas; pressing, then ageing in 2-year-old barrels for 15 months. SO2 less than 60mg. A true L'Aparté cuvée!
