This wine is a Muscadet de terroir which has been aged for 4 years on its lees. This new appellation "Cru Communal Monnières-Saint Fiacre" is a great white Loire wine that brings all the letters of nobility to Muscadets. The vines are 65 years old and the yield is 40 hl/ha.
