The finest vines of Domaine Filliatreau, aged between 50 and 90 years and located on clay-limestone soils around the small village of Chaintres and in the communes of Dampierre sur Loire, Varrains and Chacé, make up this wine. This cuvée, made from the best juices of the Vieilles Vignes cuvée, is aged for 18 months in barrels (1/3 new, 1/3 one-wine, 1/3 two-wine).
