Since the beginning of the 20th century, this property has been handed down from father to son, and the vineyard and its environment have been preserved thanks to the application of organic farming methods. After 15 years of working closely with the owner on the vineyard and winemaking, daniel and cathy laffite decided to acquire the property. a "soulane" is a hillside facing south-south-east. The vineyard covers 16 hectares in the commune of Tautavel, in a natural corridor surrounded by garrigue, at the foot of the rocky peaks of the last Cathar stronghold, Château de Queribus.
