This cuvée, produced on the Mingre vineyard located 45kms from the Pacific Ocean, is a blend of 62% Cabernet Sauvignon and 38% Carménère. All grapes are hand-harvested to preserve their qualities, and the wine, after blending, is aged 18 years in foudres, then 1 year in bottle to soften the tannins. Open 1 hour before tasting to aerate.
