The winemaker
The OLIVINI Family is installed since 1970 in Lugana. In the family property, it is produced and selected the result of the careful grape harvest, grape reinterpreting in each vintage. In viticulture and oenology nothing is constant: the wines are never repeatable but unique. No detail related to the culture and winemaking is overlooked: the spread of the vine to graft, care in the selection of the grapes, harvested by hand, the quality control of materials used.
