Grape variety: 85% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon In Violas exudes an intense, refined perfume of blackcurrant, plum and black cherry, accompanied by blueberry, chocolate, red pepper and eucalyptus. Deep and long on the palate with a clear fruity imprint, round with a firm tannic structure and fine spicy components. Blackcurrant accompanies the elegant finish. Aged for 16 to 18 months in barrels (80% new). This is followed by six months' bottle ageing. Allergene:enthält sulfite
