Made predominantly from glera grapes, ideal for its low sugar content, high acidity and fresh aromas, this is mionetto's flagship reference. Fruity and floral, it stands out for its vivacity and freshness, making this Italian sparkling wine one of the rawest on the market. The grapes are carefully pressed. The first fermentation is carried out using only the clear juice, previously separated from the grape skins. This prosecco is made using the charmat method, with a second fermentation in vats. This elegant, high-quality prosecco can be enjoyed neat, or as part of mio spritz, mionetto's signature cocktail that revisits the traditional spritz in an original version. In 1887, love and passion for the land led master winemaker Francesco Mionetto to open a winery in the gently rolling hills of Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the Prosecco vineyards. Over the course of its century-long history, mionetto has established itself as the region's flagship, and has become one of the leading prosecco producers on the international scene. Passion, tradition and excellence are the core values of this house with its inimitable style.
