    In a few words ...

Expressive, complex nose of raspberry, wisteria, sweet spices, liquorice and cocoa. Elegant, limpid palate with notes of kirsch cherry. Beautifully full-bodied, with a delicate, racy finish.

    Tasting notes

    Appearance

An intense purple hue suggests a ripe Grenache.

    Aroma

Complex nose with evolved varietal and empyreumatic aromas. Cocoa, licorice, fig ;-)

This wine is the result of a beautiful marriage between Syrah and Grenache. We've given it a taste, and everyone has adopted it. I warmly recommend it as an aperitif to accompany cheese and charcuterie platters, red meat meals and even chocolate desserts. Whether you're an amateur or a gourmet, you'll be charmed, just like my husband and me.

The word that best defines this wine is "nugget"... A subtle, surprising and moving alliance of strength and femininity. A "coup de coeur" is made to be shared, especially when it perfectly masters the technique and lets the heart speak. Thank you for this wine, which now accompanies all our moments in life!
