I was charmed by this wine's gourmet aromas and flavors! It's full-bodied on the palate and finishes on an unexpected mineral note! Very tasty!

The Initial cuvée was served with a starter of red tuna tartare, and was well-received for its return to accompany the dessert: a chocolate raspberry coeur coulant. A great success! A great success!
