Freshness and mellow tannins! This Syrah is very well-balanced. Harvested when sugars and tannins are ripe, de-stemmed, macerated for 3 weeks, then aged in barrel for 9 months. Traditional pumping-over during the fermentation phase, followed by racking during barrel ageing.
With its beautiful complexity and interesting aromatic palette, Syrah lovers will be seduced by this wine's smooth tannins and balanced mouthfeel!
