A pretty, expressive and gourmet 100% Syrah cuvée. The harvest is totally destemmed, and alcoholic fermentation takes place in wooden truncated-cone vats with maceration for an average of 21 days. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats for 6 months to preserve the fruit and supple texture.

A real favorite among the domaine's range. I'm not surprised that the Perrin family accompanies the producers, the result is top-notch, a lovely Syrah, very aromatic. Exceptional value for money!
