Very pleasant surprise. I bought it after reading its tasting notes and its food/wine pairing possibilities, and I'm not disappointed. Delicacy of a great wine, discreet aroma of red fruit. We enjoyed it as an aperitif to start the bottle and finished it with smoked salmon and a salad with vinaigrette. An unlikely pairing, you might say, but one that worked very well. I would definitely buy it again. What's more, I even got a note from the owner. Great!
