Dark cherry red with purple highlights, this cuvée of tempranillo, syrah and cabernet sauvignon seems exuberant and noisy in its fruit. Blackberries, figs, blackcurrants, elderberries and raspberries are clearly defined. Lilac and violet provide a floral counterpoint. White pepper, shredded coconut and a hint of vanilla leave delicate olfactory marks. Tomato and beet add vegetal accents. Cigar box, tobacco and warm leather form the final accord. On the palate, the wine is juicy and very well balanced. The opulence of the fruit is countered by a silky mouthfeel and good acid pressure. It seems almost crisp and filigree. Habla la tierra is fresh and marked by minerality. Herbaceous freshness and plenty of finesse enliven it. On the finish, the dark nuances of the nose come through clearly. marian henß tasting note from 27.11.2021, copyright marian henß allergene:enthält schwefel
