An earthy depth combines with notes of soy and seaweed, again with a wonderful sense of umami. An extremely complex, multi-faceted sparkling wine that surprises. loimer's große reserve blanc de noirs brut nature 2016 grips the palate, charming and demanding at the same time. We're in for another surprise when it comes to the evolution of Austrian sparkling wines. And we're fascinated by the interplay of fine carbon dioxide with fruit and spice. A wonderful aperitif, especially in these autumn and winter months, and a perfect accompaniment to any meal. What more could you want?
