These are the parcels with the best exposure to the climate, with soils that drain well and are deep enough to build up a sufficiently large water reserve so that the plant does not suffer from summer drought.

Aroma
Intense, complex nose with aromas of ripe fruit (blackcurrant), garrigue (laurel), spices (pepper), licorice and menthol.
