In a few words ...
The wines are aged for 12 months on fine fa lees and undergo malolactic fermentation in barrels. In order to preserve the wines' aromatic pool, they are aged in reduction on lees: no racking is carried out.

Taste
In the first years, the wine has a very Pinot character, with intense fruitiness and a spicy note. The tannins are present but supple and elegant, and as they evolve, the terroir adds complexity to the wine, which always remains harmonious.
