The Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Winzenberg Vendanges Tardives is a gourmet cuvée par excellence. Its color is intensely golden, with beautiful reflections. The nose offers aromas of spices accompanied by candied fruit (apricot). On the palate, the attack is very supple and greedy, and its fine acidity ensures that it retains a lovely finesse and freshness. The granitic terroir expresses itself through balance, minerality and length on the palate. This exceptional cuvée is an elegant match for foies gras and desserts, as well as some very strong cheeses (Roquefort, Stilton, etc.). Gourmet lovers will appreciate it as an aperitif.
