A top-flight 1er cru, neighboring Clos Saint-Jacques and undoubtedly no inferior to the latter. The 2013 vintage displays remarkable fruit and sap, with a supple yet complex structure, where persistent black and red fruits are sublimated by aromas of violets, smoke and truffles. Rated out of 100, this multi-layered wine would easily merit 93/94.
