In a few words ...
The Generations cuvée from the excellent 2022 vintage is a feinherb (19g/L residual sugar) whose grapes were hand-picked, followed by a 10-hour maceration before spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine was then aged on fine lees for 4 to 5 months. The emphasis is on naturalness, precision and a taste profile typical of Moselle soils.

Appearance
A lovely, luminous lemon-yellow color with very slight green highlights.
Aroma
The nose is very fruity, with notes of vine peach, apple, pear and mirabelle plum, evolving towards citrus.

Very juicy, fresh and mineral on the palate. Beautiful balance between sweetness and liveliness of fruit. Long, fruity, harmonious finish.
