The winemaker

A family-run business, we create original wines, subtly blending traditional characters with the audacity of contemporary, non-conformist profiles. Our aim is to offer ranges with the lowest possible carbon footprint. To achieve this, we are developing the following two axes: - Careful selection of new grape varieties that are naturally resistant to the main vine diseases and have not received any phytosanitary treatment, including copper and sulfur. - Choosing bottles that are compatible with reuse. Our first three vintages of resistant grape varieties are available in white, red and rosé: BioBio is an AB-labeled range that goes far beyond organic, since it also incorporates an agro-ecological approach to the soil. On the discovery front, we are pleased to present our light rosé (9%) and our alcohol-free rosé, for a fruity pleasure without complexes.
