The winemaker

Sensitive to respect for the earth and the balance of the plant, I've been cultivating vines for 20 years using an alternative, reasoned approach. The use of organic fertilizers and plant extracts, as well as geobiology to harmonize the energy of each plot, have enabled me to stimulate the vines' natural defenses and revive the soil's microbial life. I've been able to drastically reduce conventional treatments, thereby preserving the biodiversity of my terroir and enhancing its expression. The 50-hectare vineyard is mainly planted with the emblematic white grape varieties of Gascony: Colombard, Gros Manseng, Ugni Blanc and Petit Manseng, plus Sauvignon and Chardonnay. The reds, more confidential, are made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Rosé is mainly made from Cabernet Franc.
