YIELD 45 hl per hectare VINE GROWING Vineyard management is extremely rigorous. Everything is done by hand. Preserving nature and respecting the terroir are our priorities. HARVESTING Hand-picked in small crates at the end of October. VINIFICATION - AGEING De-stemming followed by 12 hours of pellicular maceration. Pneumatic pressing with juice selection. Fermentation in 3 & 4-wine barrels and aged on total lees for 11 months with batonnage.

Complex and subtle, the nose flatters with scents of pear and banana blended with fresh notes of citrus and spice.

With a powerful attack, the palate offers structure and fullness on very concentrated, fresh fruit. The woodiness is well integrated, with a pleasant sensation of freshness on the finish.
