We discovered this wine in a 2 Michelin-starred restaurant.
Since then, thanks to Twil, we've been able to order first the 2009 and then the 2012 vintage.
This wine is really superb, with notes of morello cherries, and very concentrated.
You can decant it 2 or 3 hours before serving.
Long live the Occitanie region.
