In a few words ...
The Carrol de Bellel estate is located 20km from Montauban and 45km from Toulouse. It has been in the family for several centuries. In 2007, Yannick joined forces with his father Gilbert GASPAROTTO. He enlarged the vineyard and continued to develop the estate with a focus on quality. In collaboration with the Chamber of Agriculture, he has been practicing integrated pest management for several years.

Appearance
Deep garnet-red with purplish highlights, limpid and brilliant.
Aroma
First nose of blackcurrant buds and complex aromatics. Fresh, intense.

Taste
Clean, supple attack, with a well-developed tannic structure, firm, fine tannins, very fruity aromatic flavour, good intense aromatic persistence (PAI= 6 caudalies).
