The winemaker

For several generations, the Domaine du Cros thrived on just one hectare of vines. In 1982, the vineyard was enlarged and new vines were planted on the slopes, until it now covers over 30 hectares. If the estate has grown so rapidly while maintaining its quality, it's thanks to the commitment of its winegrowers, who have been revitalizing the estate since 1984. Domaine du Cros is part of the recently recognized Marcillac appellation. Fer Servadou, a grape variety typical of the appellation, benefits from excellent exposure and terroir under the watchful eye of Phillippe and Julien Teulier.
