The winemaker

Long, Gros Manseng majority was on the field. Christian realized the potential quality of the Petit Manseng and decided to plant more. In 1985, he became one of the first winemakers to create a wine made from 100% Petit Manseng. As its name implies, this variety produces little, very little even (max 30 hl). By cons, Jurancon nobility is in this variety. It produces more concentrated wines, but also more elegant and complex. It gives racy wines, straight and pure. The estate has 8 hectares of Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng 3 ha and 0.8 ha of small courbu.
