The winemaker

Nestled on the slopes of Jurançon, the field Canin Larredya covers 9.5 hectares. For many years, the field uses a cooperative for the vinification of wine. In 1988, Jean-Marc Grussaute pushes his parents, owners of the estate, to leave the cooperative, then begins a new adventure for the vineyard. The wines are made from Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng, Petit Courbu and Camaralet and organically grown.
