François Lurton, born in the Entre deux mers region of France, has always had a particular attachment to the Sauvignon grape variety. In Fumées Blanches, he tries, vintage after vintage, to restore the fullest possible aromatic palette of this delicate white grape variety. This cuvée is made from a blend of around 25 different Sauvignon aromatic profiles.
