The winemaker

Vari castle looms on the soil of Monbazillac and Bergerac. The origin of this area goes back to 1994 with the arrival of Sylvie and Yann Jestin. Respect for the environment and biodiversity is one of the key values ​​of the area that is gone organic since 2009. And this strategy is paying off: the wines are all the more qualitative. Of the 22 hectares of vineyards, we find the passion and expertise of the winemakers.
