The remains indicate that a camp occupies part of the property during the Neolithic period (-400 BC). In the twelfth century, the place was renamed a small fee and then becomes the sixteenth century a Henri IV hunting property, which is a gift to his mistress Gabrielle d'Estrees. From 1658 to 1858 The Jaubertie is the property of the family of Calbiac, except during the French Revolution, during which time the favorite doctor of Queen Marie-Antoinette, Leon Beylet stays there. Mr. Beylet completes the construction of the castle in the Directoire style, a "madness" built for his mistress, recognized dancer. Its architecture is undergoing an evolution between the late eighteenth and early twentieth century, when the adjacent pavilions are separated from the main building. In 1916, following a fire, the building's facade was rebuilt as it is today. Since 1973, ownership succession belongs to several members of the family Ryman. It is listed on the Inventory of Historical Monuments since 2005.
