This appellation is defined by an unspoilt natural terroir between Dax and Mont de Marsan, stretching from the Adour river to the first folds of the oceanic Pyrenees. The terroir of Château de Cabidos is characterized by : Excellent sunshine thanks to its south, south-west or south-east exposure. The climate is oceanic with a continental influence. Mild, sunny autumns enable the grapes to ripen well. Clay-limestone soils containing gravel, ensuring excellent natural drainage.
