An exceptional vintage! In 96 AD, Emperor Domitian had vines uprooted in favor of wheat. In the 3rd century, Emperor Probus had vines replanted in Quercy. In 1976, Jean, father of Jean-Luc Baldès, created this top-of-the-range Cahors appellation cuvée as a tribute to him.
