Vin des Noces is a non-wooded wine that expresses all the freshness and minerality of the Roques terroir. The wine is aged in cement vats for 10 months to reveal all the freshness of the Malbec grape. Symbolic of the wedding feast at Cana, Christ's first miracle, the day he turned water into wine.
