The precious nectar of high plateau densities. Géron Dadine, valiant protector and owner of the estate in the 16th century, gives his name to this cuvée. Exclusively made from high-density vines, this wine reveals elegant, silky, superbly chiselled tannins, the hallmark of the estate's excellence. ABOUT THE 2018 VINTAGE Budburst in the vineyard was in line with the ten-year average. Despite an o... verly rainy spring favoring the development of mildew, the fine summer that followed ensured excellent tannic ripeness of the Malbec grapes. The warm, sunny harvest provided ideal conditions for optimum ripeness, excellent concentration and a harvest of perfectly healthy grapes. The vintage offers maturity, complexity and great length on the palate, as well as a well-expressed terroir typicity. The wines are full of promise, and the tastings promise to be exciting.
