This cuvée comes from selected plots of Château Tournelles, some with gravelly with gravelly soils and the other with clay-limestone soils, in order to produce to produce a light, fresh wine with good structure. Yield control to extract maximum aromas, and leaf thinning is carried out manually to avoid to avoid damaging the bunches. The wine is made from perfectly ripe grapes in stainless steel vats with cool temperature control to preserve the Sauvignon Blanc's finesse. Ageing on lees enhances aromas and adds sweetness.
