In a few words ...
Our Bergerac rosé is made from a very early separation of the juices from our red grape varieties (Merlot and Malbec). The absence of maceration enables us to produce a very clear rosé, with gourmet notes of fresh fruit. Cold settling is carried out just before the start of alcoholic fermentation.
