Assembly : 100% roussanne vinification : harvest: manual viticulture: traditional and meticulous vinification: gentle pneumatic pressing. Racking. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 15°c for 3 weeks. TASTING : to the eye: intense gold with copper highlights on the nose: notes of acacia, peach pit, fruit, apricots, cardamom and licorice. on the palate: full and warm.
