Vinification: Grenache was initially fermented at cooler temperatures to exploit the fruit. The Syrah had a slightly longer fermentation and extraction (up to three weeks) to give more structure to support the fruit. This was followed by barrel ageing for a year.
A very harmonious wine with a dense, supple texture.
Appearance
Deep ruby color.
Aroma

Taste
The round tannins are in keeping with this elegant wine, which also has a mineral - graphite - side, and a soft clove finish. There's an almost sooty smokiness to the wine.
