La ferme des 7 lunes (jean delobre) - pleine lune - biodynamie 2016polyculture and viticulture are the two "udders" of la ferme des 7 lunes. jean delobre's exemplary approach over the past 3 decades has made him one of the most inspired and inspiring winemakers in the northern rhône region.located on the right bank of the rhône in the northern part of the saint-joseph appellation, the delobre farm... , in addition to apricot trees, fields and meadows, includes a small vineyard that jean has been developing since 1984. The harvest was then delivered to the Cave Coopérative, where he joined a group of winegrowers who were moving towards organic and biodynamic viticulture (certified in 1997), before becoming independent in 2001 and adopting the evocative name of Ferme des 7 Lunes. The estate soon grew to 6.5 ha of vines, on the characteristic granite terroir where Syrah dominates, of course, and is produced in Saint Joseph and Vin de France. Quietly but with determination, jean delobre has refined his thinking and practices over the years in the quest for "naturalness": no-input cultivation, horse-riding on sloping plots, gentle vinification, abandoning the use of sulfur. Today, he is a craftsman of some of the most inspired and inspiring wines in the northern Rhône. Read more

La ferme des sept lunes
La Ferme des Sept Lunes is a domain from the region Vallée du Rhône in France, that produces 1 wines available to purchase, including the wine Pleine Lune 2020.
Saint-Joseph
The appellation Saint-Joseph is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include La Ferme des Sept Lunes and its 1 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
