In a few words ...

This cuvée takes its name from Victor Hugo's "Legend of the Centuries": in the 9th century, the great Pompey led the battle against the Moors along the right bank of the Rhône alongside Charlemagne. A famous line from this battle is: "Et du vin de ce vin qu'aimait le Grand Pompée".

The nose is fruity and floral! Long on the palate with a hint of acidity, I recommend it!

3,7 Not the best white Saint Joseph I've ever had, but it's a good wine nonetheless. Light on the nose, then floral on the palate, with stone fruit, citrus and a touch of hazelnut. Lacks a little expressiveness.
